Privacy Policy

Flight Sleep is designed to work without an account, backend, or internet connection. The current version does not collect personal data or usage analytics.

Information stored on your device

Flight Sleep stores your selected volume, Sky Sleep Points, and partial listening progress locally on your device. This information is used only to provide the app’s features and is not transmitted to Moai LLC.

Audio and device access

The airplane cabin recording is bundled with the app. Flight Sleep uses the device’s audio playback features, including background and lock-screen playback. The app does not access your microphone, contacts, photos, precise location, or advertising identifier.

Analytics, advertising, and third parties

The current version does not include analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party data collection services. If analytics are introduced in a future version, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before that version collects data.

Data sharing and retention

Moai LLC does not receive, sell, rent, or share personal data from the current version of Flight Sleep. You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.

Children’s privacy

Flight Sleep does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app’s features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
